Challenging a Will

Where you are viewing or hearing of the contents of a loved one’s Will for the first time, you may feel that it does not reflect what you would have expected their wishes to be. You may even have suspicions that they have been unduly influenced by a close family member or confidante to design their Will in a certain manner.

In these circumstances, you may wish to challenge the validity of the Will. There are specific grounds which the claim must be brought under:
